Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Solution Consultant to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of solution engineering, customer engagement, and business impact. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with clients to define, design, and implement AI-driven solutions that solve real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Engineering & Technical Consultancy:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, pain points, and functional needs.

  • Design tailored AI and deep-tech solutions that align with customer requirements.

  • Develop and present high-level architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps.

  • Work closely with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Sales Enablement & Technical Strategy:

  • Support the sales and business development teams by providing technical expertise.

  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations, workshops, and client presentations.

  • Tailor technical discussions to showcase AI solutions' business value.

• RFP & Proposal Management::

  • Lead the creation of technically sound and commercially viable proposals.

  • Analyze RFPs and RFIs to craft compelling, customer-centric responses.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure solutions are strategically positioned.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into future development.

  • Partner with marketing to develop technical content, white papers, and case studies.

  • Support post-sales engagement by ensuring seamless project execution and customer success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in solution engineering, technical consultancy, or software architecture.

  • Proven track record of delivering AI, deep-tech, or enterprise software solutions.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a techno-commercial capacity.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of software development, AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, and system integration.

  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.

  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks, APIs, and deployment architectures.

• Business & Strategic Acumen::

  • Deep understanding of how AI and deep-tech drive business transformation.

  • Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and ROI considerations.
